Kua is a lounge chair that is both cosy and iconic. Designed to envelop you with a sense of relaxation that encourages you to switch off before reconnecting with the world again. It has 4R Revolving with tilt mechanism and tilt lock. It is available in a wide range of upholstery options, with the seam in either black, white, or grey to add character to its silhouette. The cushions can be upholstered in a different colour of the same fabric range, and the lounge chair can be combined with the Kua ottoman for greater comfort.

The Kua Lounge chair can easily adapt to any space or style thanks to its wide range of customisation options, which include over 600 different shell fabrics and 12 frame colours.

Technical description

  • 4-star injected aluminium base, either polished or lacquered in any of Enea’s colours.
  • Tilting mechanism with lock in the forward position.
  • Foam shell with steel frame.
  • Polyurethane cushions.
  • Frame and shell connected with steel screws.
  • Optional fully upholstered option with the same fabric in two colours (shell and cushions).

Options

  • Stitching of the shell in imitation leather fabric (Valencia); available in white, grey and black.

Sustainability

  • Eco-designed (ISO 14006).
  • Polyurethane foam free from latex or dangerous substances.
  • Selection of upholstery fabrics made of wool, recycled (and recyclable) fibres, or leather.
  • The number of components has been reduced, and their ease of separation has been enhanced, to make the end-of-life phase more manageable.
  • All cardboard used in its packaging is recyclable.
