Convex is a sound-absorbing wall panel collection made from Nordgröna Reindeer Moss. Beyond its acoustic performance, Convex also acts as a strong visual element, bringing a distinct artistic presence into any space.

Sustainability
Nordgröna Reindeer Moss is made from a lichen called Cladonia Stellaris. To ensure sustainability, it is hand-harvested with care from diverse locations in Härjedalen, Sweden, and the Norwegian region of Rendalen. It grows relatively fast, and up to 20% can be harvested every 5 to 6 years without endangering any flora or fauna.
Production
We dye and preserve Nordgröna Reindeer Moss in our production facility in Arlöv, Sweden, using a water-based blend of pigments, sea salts and additives that we have developed. Our production facility runs on 100% renewable energy.
Installation
Hang on the wall with a single screw & plug (included). Maintenance Convex is maintenance-free. Nordgröna Reindeer Moss naturally repels dust, however it can be gently cleaned with a feather brush or low-power vacuum if desired. Avoid water, as it can wash out the preservatives.
Indoor environment
Due to the high amounts of sea salts used in the preservation process, our Reindeer Moss offers top-class fire resistance. This signifies the slowest fire spread and adheres to the most stringent standards for building materials. Furthermore, Nordgröna Reindeer Moss products are made without the use of common irritants or allergens and meets high standards for VOC emissions. Our Reindeer Moss is hygroscopic; it adjusts to the ambient humidity. When the air becomes dry,
the moss becomes dry temporarily. As humidity increases, the moss regains its softness.

We gather our lichen where it’s of the highest quality. Its naturally fluffy texture enhances the ability to absorb sound with remarkable efficiency.
Durability
Our products are designed for longevity. They exhibit exceptional durability over decades, while retaining their vibrant colors.
Warranty
A five-year warranty from the date of the original invoice covers any defects in materials, manufacturing or construction. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Any complaints relating to products supplied must be submitted to Nordgröna in writing together with documentation corroborating the nature of the fault.
